ABOUT US

How we got started

 

In 2005 we decided to rent an office and access a Virtual reception service not far from home for our business Neerod Designs.

This meant we could access a receptionist and secretary when we needed it, without having to employ staff. Our aim was to provide a professional front for visiting clients and to maintain balance between our business and home life.

In 2009 we were left without a service as our provider had closed shop. We found that there were others in the same boat needing serviced offices as well as Virtual receptionist and secretarial services. We saw a need and decided to fill it.

Within months we secured a place in Caroline Springs with great views and only a 5 minute walk away to business and public amenities, we saw huge potential for a community supporting over hundreds of (home based) and small business’ needing help like we did. 

With in a few years we had outgrown our original office facility.  This lead us to relocate the business and all of the tenants to a larger, modern and iconic location in Caroline Springs.  We moved to Lake St.

We continue to have a life with our children, our staff work together to create a supportive office environment that takes the edge off running a small business. By professionally managing the time consuming office stuff! (the phone calls, paperwork and more) for our clients, we are making it a little easier for them to focus on what they do best so that they too can achieve a life and work balance.
