About waters edge BUSINESS CENTRE
Waters Edge Business Centre was born out of personal experience. Back in 2005, founders Doreen and Trent were running their own business - Neerod Designs - and renting a serviced office with virtual reception nearby.
It gave them the professional front they needed without the overhead of full-time staff, and the freedom to maintain a healthy balance between work and family life.
In 2009 their provider suddenly closed its doors, leaving Doreen and Trent - along with many others - without a service. Rather than simply finding a replacement, they saw an opportunity.
The western suburbs of Melbourne is home to hundreds of small and home-based businesses facing the same challenge, and nobody was serving them well. Within months they secured a space in Caroline Springs with great views and easy access to local amenities.
What started small quickly grew, and within a few years Waters Edge had outgrown its original location - relocating all tenants to a larger, modern facility on Lake Street, where the business remains today.
Our Philosophy
We believe that running a small business shouldn't mean sacrificing your personal life. By professionally managing the time-consuming office tasks - the phone calls, the paperwork, the scheduling - we free our clients up to focus on what they do best. When our clients grow, we grow. That's the partnership we're proud to offer.
